This collection contains a report on practical ways in which the University of Tennessee could benefit the state of Tennessee. Particular attention is paid to such broad topics as creating an interest in culture and promoting literacy. Other items discussed include improving animal husbandry and crop growing and ensuring a safe water supply. This study was commissioned by the Office of the Dean of the University and issued in March of 1941.
