Volume 2, 1897-1900
Two ledgers recording the annual sales of registered Jersey cattle in Tennessee from 1895 to 1900. The Tennessee Jersey Cattle Breeders' Club Secretary and Treasurer Eugene Smith kept these records. The club, which met in Nashville, Tennessee, recorded sales under auspices of the club from 1895 to 1900 in the first volume, and sales from representative Tennessee and Kentucky breeders from 1897 to 1900 in the second volume.
The books state information about sales policies. Entries contain pedigree information and prices.
