This collection consists of one typed manuscript titled Interesting Foreign Visitors at Mount Vernon 1780-1799 written by Pollyanna Creekmore. Dated May 5, 1941, the twenty-seven page account documents international persons who visited George Washington at his home, Mount Vernon, in Washington, DC from 1780 to his death in 1799. Creekmore's writing provides detailed accounts of various visitors and their stays at Mount Vernon. Also included is a bibliography of resources Creekmore consulted for her writing.
