Thompson, a Chickasaw Chief affected with violent dysentery, dated November 10-20, 1796; 11 visits to the Daughter of Opoie Mingo (Chickasaw Chief) in an inflammatory [sic] Fever, dated November 11-19, 1796; and 3 visits to John, a Chickasaw fellow in a fever … dated November 21-23, 1796.
