Instructions for Wilberforce who is to bring Margaret Jane to Richmond to nurse Elizabeth and help prepare her new house. Gives his plans for returning home. 1847 July 1 Daniel Breck, Richmond, Ky., to his father-in-law, J.G.M. Ramsey, Mecklenburg, Knox County, Tenn. News of his stay in West Point (as a delegate to a convention) and plans for Margaret Jane to join him. Description of the Tennessee cadets at West Point.
