This folder contains various loose envelopes, genealogical notes, scraps of letters and notes, some calling cards, and occasional receipts. In addition to these scraps, there are speeches or articles about intemperance, Kirby Smith, and Colonel George B. Guild of Nashville. Also, a list of the board of Trustees and Officers of the Board, with Reverend W.S. Doak as president; two journals of the weather; the funeral service for Ellen Campbell on July 14, 1912; a memorial booklet for Colonel William B.A. Ramsey, 1799-1874; the travel log of J. Ramsey from May 15 to June 12, 1820; and a note that J.G.M. Ramsey and wife will be in Augusta on May 8, 1871. Also, an advertisement for Dr. Ramsey's medical practice dated August 28, 1820; a pamphlet called The Story of Howe Institute Memphis, Tennessee; and pages 11 and 12 from the Woman's Missionary Advocate, circa 1886.
