In addition to these scraps, there are speeches or articles about intemperance, Kirby Smith, and Colonel George B. Guild of Nashville. Also, a list of the board of Trustees and Officers of the Board, with Reverend W.S. Doak as president; two journals of the weather; the funeral service for Ellen Campbell on July 14, 1912; a memorial booklet for Colonel William B.A. Ramsey, 1799-1874; the travel log of J. Ramsey from May 15 to June 12, 1820; and a note that J.G.M. Ramsey and wife will be in Augusta on May 8, 1871. Also, an advertisement for Dr. Ramsey's medical practice dated August 28, 1820; a pamphlet called The Story of Howe Institute Memphis, Tennessee; and pages 11 and 12 from the Woman's Missionary Advocate, circa 1886.
