On the front of the back cover, it lists events from Friday evening and Saturday morning. The back cover has a call for attendance, lodging information and prices, and rules for presentations, written over the name L. S. London, chairman of the Executive Committee.

The Officers were J. L. Bachman, President (Sweetwater); Miss Belle Karnes, Vice President (Knoxville); and O. N. Smith, Secretary and Treasurer (Sweetwater). Topics covered on Friday night and Saturday morning were Spelling Reform; an address by the State Superintendent, Price Thomas; an address by Judge Newton Hacker entitled Education as a Prevention of Crime; Chalk Talks; a report of the National Superintendent's Meeting at Chattanooga, and a Feedback Session.
