Item 1: Nannie J. Kingsley to Mother, 1871 May 22, 2 pages. Mrs. Kinglsey talks about her role as a single mother and going to Presbyterian prayer meetings at Mars Hill.
Item 2: Miss Rosy to Dear Friend, 1884 December 22, 4 pages. Letter says not to worry about the children and their health. Miss Rosy will pick up her money when she comes to the farm later and not to worry about it.
Item 3: Sister Katie to Katie, 1885, 1 page. Letter says that Katie has sent a box to her sister and Jessie. Sister Katie invites her to come home and get the box and visit.
