Series IV: Wolf Creek (Cocke County, Tenn.) Land Deeds, 1817-1874, consists primarily of land deeds for property near Wolf Creek in Cocke County, Tennessee merged with survey records and notes. The deeds deal with transactions between Ruben Allen of Greene County and Joseph Erwin of Cocke County, with the bulk related to Ruben Allen's purchase of additional land in the Wolf Creek area.

The collection also includes survey maps of the Wolf Creek area, and deed parameters which dictate what parts of the land were purchased. Also included is a photocopy of a newspaper article detailing the historical significance of the property and handwritten notes that inventory the deeds.
