Letter, Willie Blount in Knoxville, Tenn. to William Park in Nashville, Tenn., 1803 July 29
Blount reports that the Court of Dyer [?] has dismissed without acting because in the court's opinion their commission gave them no power. He also sends word that William's brother suggests he leave the store he has put in order for Joseph Park in the hands of William Campbell and return to Knoxville.
