Reports paying $3 to the American Colonization Society as a donation from Wm. Deadrick. Says he sent the requested copy of the judgment of a Supreme Court case to Wm. Park for use by the board of East Tennessee College. Says he will not be available for employment by the board to represent it before the Supreme Court because he will not be in Washington at that time.
