Richard A. Long apologizes to Beauford Delaney for not being able to see him before he left Paris. He writes that he is eager to purchase and acquire the portrait that he painted of him. He tells Beauford that he is starting to work on a musical scenario for a producer in Germany and that he will be sailing back to the United States later in the month. Handwritten.
