Wilmer F. Lucas writes that he has not forgotten about Beauford Delaney, but he has been extremely busy. He gives Beauford copies of two recent reviews of his appearances and tells him that his new play will be performed in Seattle. Handwritten. Three newspaper clippings attached, entitled 'Shuman, Hines, Chungs, Lucas' from The Seattle Times, 'I'm Not a Professional Negro, Says New York Playwright' from The Seattle Times, and 'Negroes Have Not Yet Begun to Fight, Warns Angry Writer' from Seattle Post-Intelligencer
