Sends to the Governor a list of people to appoint as directors of the Nashville and Decatur Rail Road, so that the party could Keep all the power in our hands for the forthcoming Presidential canvas.
From the list H. H. Thomas has been crossed off by Brownlow and the name John Overton substituted. Contains note from Brownlow authorizing appointment. Contains clerk's notations.
