States that he is acquainted with C. C. Smith, Wily B. Reese, T. N. Horner, and I. C. Tate and considers them to be radicals.
Says that, while he does not know William Cuventon (?), he has been reliably informed that he too is a radical. States that he knows nothing of Pleasant Smith.
