This collection contains one ordination certificate for Pleasant Henderson at the Baptist Church in Brawley's Fork, Cannon County, Tennessee from October 1844. It states that he has "sufficiently proven himself worthy, as a former member of the Baptist Church at Enon, Rutherford County ... Thus, they have ordained him an Evangelist to lead prayers and preach."
