Found between J. H. Jones' report and the addendum, 1906
The Durham Coal & Iron Co. Records, 1906-1929, contains a report by W. F. B. Berger on March 6, 1929, with a detailed evaluation of the Chattanoogan mines, timber reserves and their values, as well as of the geology of the company properties. There is also the Report on the Properties / of the / Durham Coal & Iron Company / near Chattanooga, Tennessee / March, 1927 -- J. H. Jones and an addendum to that report, which include a physical examination of the properties and is referenced by Berger's report. Next, the Durham Coal & Iron Company / Statements for Year ending December 31, 1928 includes reports of finances, followed by Report / on / the Properties / of the / Durham Coal & Iron Company / by / Messrs. Young & Lunsford / of the / Tennessee Products Corporation / August, 1926, which includes photos of the Soddy and North Chickamauga areas. Finally, there is the Report on the Property / of the / Suck Creek Coal Company / Chattanooga, Hamilton County Tennessee / Montlake Coal Company about the Montlake Coal Co. and its properties.
Blueprints and a digest of Berger's report were found loose in the report and are listed as separate items in a separate folder.
