Trial document for Special Court Martial in Camp Stuart, Va. against Clarence B. Hollander for leaving duties at Camp Jackson, S.C., 1918 December 27
This collection, the Clarence B. Hollander Court Martial Papers, 1918, contains two copies of summaries for the court martial trial of Clarence B. Hollander. He was absent from his Battery from about September 16th, 1918 to about October 6th, 1918. The papers say that Hollander's plea was not guilty, and four people testified. However, the documents are unsigned and contain no verdict.
