Many of these include references to the Virginia Coal & Iron Co.; Virginia Iron, Coal, & Coke Co.; Interstate Railroad Co. in Virginia; Interstate Coal & Iron Co. in Virginia; and Looney Creek Railroad Co. in Kentucky.
