The collection contains a bound volume of sewing samples and notes by Mary Annie Landry. The binding is stamped University of Tennessee. Most of the pages have various sewing samples. The final four pages consist of a section titled, Physical Tests for Adulteration, with notes on different fabrics (cotton, wool, silk, and linen). Several of the fabric samples are missing.
