This collection contains fifteen legal documents from Hamilton County, Tennessee, 1840-1860. A majority of the items are copies of bills of complaints sent between parties. The collection also includes an estate record, a record of rent paid, a divorce document, a grand jury indictment, a plea statement, and a search warrant executed in 1840.
