This collection contains the research materials of Dr. Jane F. Lancaster for her book Removal Aftershock: the Seminoles' Struggles to Survive in the West, 1836-1866, published by the UT Press in 1994. This includes research notes, bibliography, research correspondence, and photocopies of territorial maps and articles. There are also items for the aid of researchers, such as Oklahoma maps and pamphlets of places to do research.
