Dear Susie I thought I would write you a letter to know if you are all well I am staying over at Granma now they are all well Grandma has got a sore foot she could not walk to do any good yesterday it is better today. Susie I wish you was here today we have been having some fun it has been raining all day nearly Bob and I was goin down to Uncle Bill if it had not rained. They was all well at home last summer Horace come to mill last Saturday and Bessie come with him Blanch hurt her foot the other day and could not walk, for a day or two it is about well now. Susie Grand ma wants to know whether you have read your book through she said it had been nearly a year since you got it. Susie our little baby Eddie is a great big boy he can crawl and is as fat as mud nearly. Uncle Peter is a going to have a corn shelling tomorrow night and we are going to kill hogs Monday if it is cold enough. The boys school was out Friday and I went to school with them and Mrs. Ross gave me some candy. My school was out two or three weeks ago. Bob said to ask you if you had any cats. We have got four he said one of them had the whooping cough and the other three looked bad he did not know hwat was the matter with them. he said he would like to hear from you you don’t never writ You always let your Papa or Mama do the writing and he wants you to write some time you must answer their letter yourself. We are going to have a big meeting over here next month Mr cottrel is the preacher I wish you was here to go. Sue I wish you would send me one of your pictures and when I have any taken I will send you one I have got one of them you had taken before you left but I want one of yours now. Sue Aunt Jennie and Della is up to Mr. McNeals and Uncle Fird is gone to day for Tenn. Sue Miss Cross got her house burned up and now she is gone I don’t know where she is at now they are all gone. Tell Uncle Willie that ma thinks he has forgotten here She cant hear from him only when she sees some of Grandma folks she says she thinks he might write once a year Susie you must write to Sue and Blanch they would be glad to get letters from you they never go any letter in their lifes well I will close write soon and you answer it your self
