Medical Lecture Notes

 Collection
Identifier: MS-2323

  • Staff Only

This journal contains a two series of notes from various medical lectures in 1830 and 1831. The first series comes from the lectures of J. E. Cooke on the Theory of Practice of Medicine and the second from B. H. Dudley's lectures on surgery.

The end of the notebook contains 12 pages of accounts by [H. ?] F. Cooke, Treasurer of the missionary fund of Sweet Water [sponsation?]. These final pages are written as though the back cover of the notebook was the front cover (i.e. upside down and backwards).

Also included is a single sheet originally folded in the notebook, giving a survey of Smith lands.
