Biographical/Historical Note
Philip Theodore Seiter (1853-1903) worked in the mining industry, as an agent with the Tennessee River Transportation company, and later with First National Bank in Chattanooga. Seiter was an active member of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce. He was married to Pauline Francis Bosch (1861-1947). Seiter is buried in Hamilton County.
No biographical information is available on F. P. Copper.
