Abstract
This 1883-1889 ledger records accounts and tax collections in Tennessee for Third National Bank, Hamilton House, and others. Also included is a receipt made out to Mary Moulton.
Biographical/Historical Note
The Third National Bank in Chattanooga, Tennessee was established in 1881. Its president was Joseph H. Warner at the time of its creation. The bank was in business for twenty-one years before being merged into the Chattanooga National Bank in 1902.
No information is available on the Hamilton House.
