This letter from Daniel Graham to John Ryland discusses the collection of money from a Mr. Willett. The letter is dated July 9, 1841.
Daniel Graham (1789-1869) served as Tennessee's first Secretary of State from 1818 to 1830. Following this post, Graham was the Register of the Treasury of the United States from 1847 to 1848.
