Biographical/Historical Note
The Water Resources Research Center (WRRC) is a federally designated state research institute operated through the University of Tennessee's Energy, Environment and Resources Center (EERC) and partially supported by the U. S. Geological Survey. It is designed to facilitate research, make available information, and provide training on such issues as watershed restoration planning, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management.
