This collection houses posters announcing the artists and authors who spoke at the University of Tennessee as part of a lecture series hosted by the Center for Children’s and Young Adult Literature.
Biographical/Historical Note
The University of Tennessee's Center for Children's and Young Adult Literature was founded in 1999 in order to promote the use of literature in the education and lives of children and young adults by providing workshops for teachers and librarians, and sponsoring talks by authors and illustrators which are open to the public.

The Center for Children's and Young Adult Literature donated this collection to the University of Tennessee's Archives in 2010.
