Biographical/Historical Note
Isham G. Harris (1818-1897) served as the 16th Governor of Tennessee from 1857 to 1862. He also served as a U.S. Senator of Tennessee from 1877 to 1897.
J. E. R. Ray served as the Tennessee Secretary of State from 1859 to 1862.
