Biographical/Historical Note
William J. Ham was born in 1842 in Tennessee and died September 15, 1898 in Corbet, Texas.
Dewitt Clinton Senter (1830-1898) was the Governor of Tennessee from 1869 to 1871. He also was the Speaker of the Tennessee Senate from 1867 to 1869.
