A letter dated April 30, 1963, for Mr. J. Eldridge Price, President of the Tennessee Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts in Rogersville, Tennessee. This brief letter from Tennessee State Conservationist J. R. Sasser in Nashville, Tennessee, includes six black and white photographs of a recent visit to Nashville from Secretary of Agriculture Orville L. Freeman on April 11, 1963. During the visit Secretary Freeman signed a modernized Memorandum of Understanding with the Bedford Soil Conservation District.
