Hanford Environmental Health Foundation Records
The Hanford Environmental Health Foundation is small in size, but it is full of information and facts. Hanford was very involved with the Health Physics Society, and is thus why most of the collection contains that society's files. The Health Physics Society material includes lists of members, Board of Directors, annual meetings, minutes, and the many committees. Other interesting material includes general correspondence, materials on a business meeting in China, the American Board of Health Physics papers, and information pertaining to Sigma Xi, a science organization which honors scientific accomplishments and encourages research.
