Biographical/Historical Note

Edwin Stanton DeLany was born on March 25, 1838, to Samuel and Albine (McNeely) Stanton in Ohio. He married Anna, and she bore two sons who lived, Cyrus and Edwin. They also adopted a daughter, Almerda Price. DeLany died on October 1, 1915.
