Abstract
This collection contains two autographed letters regarding Native American treaties signed by Joseph White.
Biographical/Historical Note
Joseph M. White was born in Franklin County, Kentucky, May 10, 1781. He studied law and moved to Pensacola, Florida in 1821. White served as a judge of Spanish land claims and a delegate to Congress from Florida Territory. White died October 1, 1839, in St. Louis, Missouri.
