Anonymous WWII Photographs
This collection consists of two anonymous photographs from the United States Marine Corps during World War II, along with a index card with captions and notes. The first photograph of a man is labeled Intelligence Section Headquarters Second Marine Division. The second photograph of a group of Marines in the back of vehicle and is also labeled Second Marine Divison.

During World War II, the 2nd Marine Division participated in operations in the Pacific Theater of Operations including the Battle of Guadalcanal, the Battle of Tarawa, the Battle of Saipan, and the occupation of Nagasaki. No other biographical information is available.
