Abstract

Biographical/Historical Note
Maurice Park was born November 20, 1920 in Oklahoma. At the age of 21 he entered the United States Air Force. He served from 1941-1946. Places he served include England, the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), the Philippines, and Long Beach, California.
In 1995, Park was given the Commemorative Medal "The 50th Anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War" (WWII) by President Boris Yeltsin.
