This collection consists of Thomas E. Miller's memoir titled "A Story for My Grandchildren." Biographical/Historical Note

Thomas E. Miller was born on September 5, 1923 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was the fourth of five sons born in the Miller family. He enlisted in Army Air Corps in 1942 and was assigned to the 8th US Army Air Force. Miller flew a total of 35 combat missions and his last mission was on March 5, 1945. He remained as a regular Air Force officer and retired as full Colonel.
