This collection consists of eleven music scores, which are arranged alphabetically. The scores range from both instrumental and vocal and include such pieces as David Diamonds The Mad Maid's Song and Ned Rorem's The Nightingale.

Biographical/Historical Note
David Leo Diamond was born on July 9th, 1915 in Rochester, New York. He was a popular American composer, writing ballet, orchestra, chamber music, piano, and vocal pieces. Diamond died on June 13th, 2005 at the age of 89.
Acquisition Note
These materials were transferred from the Music Library to Special Collections in 2013.
