Biographical/Historical Note
Jefferson Justice, born February 14, 1840, enlisted during the Civil War in 1861 as a 1st Sergeant and was promoted to 1st Lieutenant and Quartermaster in 1862. Born in New Castle, PA, after the war he lived in Philadelphia, PA. He died April 10, 1917.
