Boyd Porter Collection
This collection contains military documents and photographs from Charles Boyd Porter who was deployed in the European Theater during World War II with the 253rd Armored Field Artillery. Documents in this collection depict military records and handdrawn maps displaying routes taken through Europe from 1944-1945. The photographs show groups of troops, many taken at training camps in the U.S., and a framed picture of the members of Battery A 187.
