Biographical/Historical Note

Charles Miller enlisted with the military on August 6, 1862, as a private at age 26. On September 14, 1862, he mustered into "C" Co. Ohio 117th Infantry. He was transferred out on August 12, 1863. He mustered out on June 20, 1865 at Knoxville.
