Biographical/Historical Note
Florine Watson Harper was born on May 6, 1917 in Thomaston, Georgia, to George Thomas and Ida Little Watson. She married Buford O. Harper in 1941 and worked with Thomaston Mills during World War II. Harper retired as a speech therapist in 1983. She died October 1, 2017 and is buried in Thomaston, Georgia.
