Abstract

This collection contains a sketch by World War II U. S. Army veteran M. H. Kunselman of a battle scene in Belgium.

Biographical/Historical Note

Maurice Harl Kunselman was born in 1921 in Meadville, Pennsylvania. He served with the U. S. Army during World War II with the 424th Infantry, 106th Division. He received the Bronze Star for Action in the Ardennes "Battle of the Bulge" offensive. He later worked for Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He was married to Lois Elaine Kunselman (1921-2013). He died September 6, 2013 and is buried in Anderson County, Tennessee.
