Biographical/Historical Note
The Tennessee branch of Association for Childhood Education's earliest date (though this collection) is 1932, and its most recent date is 1941. It is believed to be funded, at least in part, by the Harrison-Black-Fletcher Bill of 1937. The association aimed to improve educational circumstances for children by creating a network of educators and supporting legislation that would create funding for their cause.
Arrangement
This collection is in four boxes.
