Biographical/Historical Note
Otho Nowland Walraven was born to John H. and Jennie (Nowland) Walraven in Maryland on June 14, 1906. He married Edna Marie Mayton and the couple had one son, Clifford. Otho Walraven died in Florida on April 30, 1973.
