Biographical / Historical
Lewis B. Fox (1915-1975) lived in Big Springs, Nebraska, and served with the U.S. Army during World War II. Serving in North Africa and Italy, Fox was wounded during the war. He married Marjorie Fox (1919-2005) and they had three children. Mrs. O. J. Brown is likely Bertie Ell Leatherwood Brown (1892-1952), wife of Otha Joshua Brown Sr. (1891-1970) and mother to Otha Joshua Brown Jr. (1921-1994) who served with the U.S. Army during World War II.
