Biographical/Historical Note
Katherine K. Kittie Ebert was born to Alexander Eugene (1825-1910) and Antoinette (1826-1874) Ebert in Virginia on November 26, 1861. Her family relocated to Knoxville, Tennessee where she taught school until shortly before her death on May 19, 1886.
