Biographical / Historical
Lieutenant Colonel Charles I. Eisiminger (1917-2008) served in the US Army Air Corps during World War II. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and worked with the Postal Service. He joined the service in 1941 and was ordered for active duty in December 1942. He was on active duty for eight years and spent 20 years with the Air Force Active Reserve.
