Overview

Biographical / Historical

Charles April Lloyd was born in 1926. He served with the U.S. Navy during World War II beginning in 1944. Following the war, he established the US Armed Guard Association. He was married to Hilda Juanita Perry Lloyd. He died in 2021 and is buried in Wake County, North Carolina.
